We are committed to providing you the best customer service possible. If you are having any trouble with your Otto driving companion, do not hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to get your problem resolved as quickly as possible.

If you have noticed a discrepancy between what Otto is telling you and the posted signage in your area, you can also use our feedback form.

When contacting us for help, please include a description of the problem you are having as well as the serial number located on the bottom of your Otto.
