Payment
Payments on the Otto website are handled by PayPal, a third-party payment processing company. You do not require an account with PayPal to purchase from our store. During checkout, simply indicate that you do not have a PayPal account, and you will be able to pay securely using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. Sales tax (GST and PST) will be applied to all orders.
Shipping
PERSENTECH currently ships anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $15 CDN. PERSENTECH ships the device via Canada Post’s Xpresspost™ service. Items typically ship next day, and should arrive 2-3 days after ordering. For shipments to other locations, please contact us at sales@persentech.com.
Returns
All sales are final. Product exchange or store credit only, within 10 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Defective products can be returned for warranty service as per the warranty conditions. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on non-defective items.
